• All orders require 24-48 hours for processing
  
• All orders require shipping & billing addresses to be the same
• Orders will be delivered by USPS
• you will receive a email with tracking number 
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package does not make it to you after it has left our hands you must file a claim with USPS
• Returns and exchange are not allowed 
• All hair is sold as is
