- All orders require shipping & billing addresses to be the same
- Orders will be delivered by USPS
- you will receive a email with tracking number
- We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your package does not make it to you after it has left our hands you must file a claim with USPS
- Returns and exchange are not allowed
- All hair is sold as is
